Government Agencies

REGISTRO NACIONAL DE COSTA RICA - The national agency where all property deeds are recorded and maintained.  if you're interested in a property, you can conduct deed and title research online.

CINDE - The Costa Rican Investment Promotion Agency (CINDE). CINDE has attracted more than 200 companies to Costa Rica, including worldwide leaders such as: Intel, Procter and Gamble, Hospira, Baxter, St Jude Medical, Western Union and many others over the last 25 years.

PROCOMER - Is the official agency responsible for promoting Costa Rican exports.

MINAE - Costa Rica's department of environmental conservation.

INS - National Insurance Institute.
