Mr. Schweitzer brings more than 20 years of Latin American business experience to Costa Rica Commercial. His professional experience includes 10 years with Price Waterhouse and 5 years as a Sr. Corporate officer with a global, fortune 250 company.

Mr. Schweitzer is the founder of Costa Rica Mortgage SA, Costa Rica's only professional, financial brokerage services firm. John Hepner

Originally from Minneapolis, John began his career in the hospitality industry. His lifelong interest in Latin America was consummated upon his graduation from university, when he received his B.A. in Latin American Studies.

John relocated to Costa Rica five years ago and has since held diverse postions in business management and real estate marketing. John has received his real estate accreditation from CCBR and is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Castro brings more than 7 years in the Costa Rica financing industry to Costa Rica Commercial. His career includes positions such as Escrow and Mortgage Officer for HSBC and Stewart Title, as well as founding manager of mortgage operations for Chicago Title, Latin America.
