$25 Million Dollar Costa Rican Real Estate Project01/02/2010A joint Costa Rican-Chilean company is scheduled to start the construction of the residential real estate project in June 2010. The project has been designed to meet the growing residential real estate needs in Heredia, which serves as a bedroom community for many of the San Jose office workers. The project will be located in the neighborhood of Barreal de Heredia and will include one eleven story tower and one twenty-one story tower. The first residential tower is scheduled for completion by June 2011 and the second is due to be completed by March 2013.
One of the principle owners, Carlos Rodriquez Rodblu was quoted as saying to the newspaper Prensalibre.cr: “ we will build a soccer field, a laundry shop, a full service gym, several multi-use areas, pools, and a movie theater.
