Paseo de Las Flores Expansion to Open in November 2010 adding much needed space Costa Rica Commercial space

The new phase of the Costa Rican Commercial shopping center, developed by Desarrollos Mega, will generate over six hundred new jobs.
 
The construction of the third phase of the mall began in December 2009 and will include more than eighty stores. 

Pablo Sanabria, the Latin American marketing manager at Desarrollos Mega, did not say how much was invested in this project.

“With its upcoming third stage, the shopping mall will feature 100.000 m2 of retail space, and 300 stores”, Mr Sanabria was quoted as saying to La Nacion.
