Construction Overview: Foundations are made of prefabricated isolated plates with reinforced concrete with a concrete strength of 210 Kg / cm ². Prefabricated concrete structural frames are made up from columns and precast concrete girders with a length of 26 meters long and 12 meters apart. The height at the bottom of the truss is 5.50 meters. Each mezzanine will be made of a structure of reinforced concrete columns and beams and a reinforced concrete slab with a smooth finish. Access will be via a staircase in the back with steel structural elements for a total area of 104 m². Internal divisions within the different modules of warehouses will consist of multipanel partitions 1 1/2" thick. These panels will be placed from the floor to the bottom of the concrete girders. The finish of these panels is based on two metal plates and a glazed internal padding as the insulation. Window frames are natural aluminum and the pane is made of clear glass 5 mm thick.
